NBA Draft Sleeper Series V1 (Tobiason, Scott, Nelson, Richmond)

Everyone loves a sleeper. A few generating momentum as of late:

Jordan Scott has made encouraging strides for Michigan State this freshman season and is an intriguing long-term prospect to monitor. Strong foundation at 19 with length, shooting, feel for the game, and serious basketball bloodlines. He’s averaging 11.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.0 steals while shooting 11-of-21 from three over his last five games since cracking Tom Izzo’s starting lineup.

Izaiyah Nelson is a sleeper auto-eligible prospect worth keeping an eye on. Brings traits NBA teams love on the margins with his aggressiveness, energy, and defensive versatility from the front court. Top 5 nationally in dunks. Disruptive presence. Leads the American Athletic Conference in double-doubles.

Aiden Tobiason is a late-blooming wing making waves in his breakout sophomore year at Temple. The 6-foot-5 Delaware native, with a 7-foot-2 wingspan, is still scratching the surface of what he could become. He has a budding skill set and tools to develop on both ends. Turns 20 in May.

Billy Richmond III continues to pop on both ends for Arkansas. Still 19, he embodies much of what NBA teams covet in a complementary wing with his athletic tools and instincts. He’s an energizer bunny on both ends, wreaking havoc in passing lanes, crashing the glass, running in transition, pressuring the rim, and cutting to the basket.
